Services

Deep work in five corners of the Zoho suite.

I don't claim all 55 apps. These are the ones I've shipped repeatedly and can quote with confidence.

Choose a service area

Zoho CRM — built around how your team actually sells

Most CRMs fail because the pipeline was copied from a template. I start from your quote-to-cash reality and cut every field that nobody fills in.

  • Pipeline, stage criteria and forecast categories defined with your sales lead, not guessed
  • Layout rules, validation and blueprint so bad data can't get in at source
  • Assignment rules, SLAs and escalations that match your working hours
  • Duplicate strategy and a merge policy your admin can maintain after I leave

Books, Inventory & Subscriptions

The finance side is where migrations quietly go wrong — opening balances, tax codes and part-paid invoices rarely survive a naive import.

  • Chart of accounts, tax rates and opening balances reconciled to your last closed period
  • Open invoices, credit memos and partial payments carried across with correct aging
  • Multi-warehouse stock, reorder points and landed cost set up against real SKUs
  • Bank feeds and payment gateways connected and tested with live transactions
QuickBooks → Zoho Books, in detail

Creator apps & Deluge automation

When the suite doesn't cover a process, I build the missing piece — small, documented, and readable by whoever comes after me.

  • Custom Creator apps for field ops, approvals and inspections, mobile-ready
  • Deluge functions with error handling and logging, not silent failures
  • Two-way syncs to Xero, Shopify, Stripe or your own API through Zoho Flow
  • Every script commented and handed over with a change log

Training & enablement

Adoption is the whole job. I train in your org with your data, in the sessions your team can realistically attend.

  • Role-based live sessions — reps, finance and admins get different content
  • Recorded walkthroughs of your workflows, not generic Zoho videos
  • A written admin handbook covering the ten things that break most often
  • A follow-up clinic 30 days in, once real questions have surfaced

Data migration — proven, not promised

The data usually moves. What separates a clean migration from a costly one is whether anybody can prove the numbers still agree when it's done.

  • Your source-of-truth reports are archived first and frozen — every number produced afterward is measured against them
  • Chart of accounts mapped by hand, account and account type, signed off before a single record moves
  • Reconciliation at five levels, including the line-level comparison that catches errors a clean trial balance hides
  • Migration suspense must be zero at sign-off — not small, zero, or documented and accepted in writing
